CAHIP Northern CA: Trail Talks on the Road

Van Maren Park is behind the Costco in Citrus Heights, a beautiful preserve with open grassy areas, forests, creeks, and a seasonal pond. There is a playground, garden, nature area, shady picnic areas for the family, and a small network of paved and dirt trails open to foot traffic. There are a few ways to enter the park, but the best public entrance is behind the Costco off Auburn Boulevard.
