Session 4: The Voice of the Trusted Advisor
Industry Problem: A scarcity mindset can lead to unprofessional behavior, such as badmouthing competitors or speaking negatively about other companies. This not only harms individual reputations but also erodes public trust in the industry as a whole.
Session Description: A true trusted advisor elevates the entire profession. In this encore presentation, Anthony Lee will share the frameworks he presented to the Golden Gate chapter for communicating as a trusted advisor. This session circles back to the theme of trust from Session 1, now applying it to external, market-facing communication. Participants will learn how to effectively complement and contrast their services against the competition without denigrating others, thereby elevating their own status while respecting their peers.
